Subscriptions & Pro
- Manage or cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases: Open the Pro paywall in the App and tap Restore Purchases.
- Free tier: 3 notes forever — Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets, no time limit.
- Pro: Unlimited notes, Live Activity / Dynamic Island (supported devices), checklists, habits, reminder photos, themes.
Common topics
- Widgets not updating: Remove and re-add the Lock Screen widget, or open the App once to refresh snapshots.
- iCloud sync: Enable sync in App Settings; requires the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive on.
- Live Activity ended: Apple limits session length; pin the note as a widget for always-on display.
- Reminders: Allow notifications in iOS Settings for Glance Notes.
